Refund Policy:

For Job Application Processing and Additional Services:
  • Service Fees: Once we start processing your job application or providing additional services like CV creation or logo design, the fees become non-refundable.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel a service before we've begun, reach out to us at [email protected] right away.
  • Quality Concerns: If you're not happy with the quality of a service you've received, let us know within 2 working days. We'll review your concern and may offer a full or partial refund if necessary.

Returns Policy:

For Digital Products and Services:
  • Non-Returnable: Once you've downloaded digital content or used our services, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Conditions:

We'll refund your money if you cancel a job application before we start processing it. However, if the application is rejected due to your mistake or the advertiser cancels it, we won't be able to issue a refund.
 
Please remember, we deal exclusively with digital services and don't sell physical products.
